Nothing quite like this exists yet, so we know we'll be iterating. As a founding member, we ask for a 3-month initial commitment. During this period, your terms are locked in, even as we refine pricing, access, and structure.

A shared collection of tools, equipment, and items that members can borrow and return to the club. Need something for a day? We probably have it.
Checkout availability varies by membership tier. Associates do not have closet access. Members can checkout items for same-day return. Patrons and Residents can checkout for up to 3 days.
Used for club-hosted core events only. Each event attended consumes one pass. Poker/game nights count as one pass.
Bring friends to co-work with you during the day. Each guest uses one pass when they visit. Associates get 10/month, Members get 24/month, Patrons and Residents get unlimited. The club reserves the right to monitor and limit the repeated attendance of guests to prevent membership sharing.
Associates have daytime access (8am to 6pm). Members, Patrons, and Residents have 24-hour access to the space (other than during private events). These are for non-event times. Associates will have club access during event times.
Hosting a small gathering while the space remains open to other members. No reservation needed, just show up. Examples: birthday dinners, small group hangs, casual celebrations.

Yes. Members have an initial 3-month commitment. After that, memberships continue month-to-month unless otherwise stated.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Pauses may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the club's discretion.
Membership privileges may be limited, suspended, or revoked without refund if a member violates the code of conduct, guest policy, or hosting guidelines.
Event passes grant entry to club-hosted core events (e.g. poker/game nights, art nights, dinners, social gatherings). Some special events may have limited capacity or require additional RSVP.
RSVP priority is determined by membership tier: Patrons get first access, Members get early access, and Associates get general access. Once capacity is reached, additional attendees may be waitlisted. Should an event list be filled before Patron and Resident members can RSVP, the club will make room for them so that they can still attend the event.
No. Event passes are required for core events unless otherwise specified. Patron members have full event access and are not subject to monthly event pass limits.
